Who is responsible

This website is run by Adam Heleniak. For anything about your data, emailhello@adamheleniak.com.

When you contact me

If you email me or book a call, I use your name, email address and what you write only to reply and to follow up on what you asked about. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in answering you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). I don't add you to any mailing list.

Who processes the data

• Vercel hosts this website. Like any web server, it briefly logs technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and keep them secure.
• Cal.com handles bookings if you use "Book a call" on the contact page.

Some of these providers may use sub-processors outside the EU. Where they do, they rely on safeguards such as the EU's standard contractual clauses.

Cookies and tracking

This website doesn't use analytics or advertising cookies, and doesn't track you across sites.

Photos

Workshop photos on this site have faces covered. If you're in one and want it removed, email me and I'll take it down.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how it's used. Email me and I'll reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
